By accessing the Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You hereby represent and warrant to the Company that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and are capable of entering, performing and adhering to these Terms and that you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
While individuals under the age of 18 may utilise the Service of the site, they shall do so only with the involvement & guidance of their parents and/ or legal guardians, under such Parent/ Legal guardian's registered account.
You agree to register yourself before uploading any comment or any other use or services of this site and, if required, provide your details including but not limited to complete name, email address, and contact number.

"publicnews" reserves the right to charge subscription and/ or membership fee from a user, by giving reasonable prior notice, in respect of any product, service or any other aspect of this Site.
Membership
"publicnews" offers various Membership Plans with certain perks defined for each category of the membership. You are advised to read all details of the ‘publicnews Membership Scheme’ before subscribing to it. The Company (P N Media Broadcast Private Limited) will raise the invoice in respect of each such Membership Fee paid and the said fee will be treated as inclusive of applicable taxes, surcharge, and cess. The Company reserves the right not to accept any Membership Fee from an individual or entity or refuse or return the same without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Registration of Users and Personal Details
For taking subscription or memberships or participating in a Contest, Competition, Special Campaign, or Special Event or for certain other services, registration of user may be required. To register yourself you will have to open an account by completing the registration process. You may be asked to furnish your full name, age, gender, address, email, mobile number, and any other information which is required as per applicable registration form. You agree to provide your true, complete, accurate and latest information about yourself and if the Company (P N Media Broadcast Private Limited) believes that such information is untrue, incomplete, inaccurate or not current, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any or all future use of the Site by you. Our use of any personally identifiable information provided by you for your registration will be governed by our Privacy Policy.
Wherever necessary, you will be asked to choose a User Name and Password and you will be entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Account. Each registration is for a single user individual.
